Monday (short day) - We'll start Drawing & Painting tools and see how far we get.

Wednesday - continuation of Drawing & Painting tools, Text Tool. Brushes activity.

Thursday or Friday (short day) - Resources Day, Image resizers and add-ons.

Monday - Layers Assignment. Complete, save both as PSD and PNG, send PNG only as e-mail attachment.

Please read pages 12-20 for Wednesday/Thursday/Friday - we'll be practicing all the tools of the toolbox on the latter two days of class.

For Week of January 18

Wednesday/Thursday or Friday - Photoshop layers. We'll be working with a couple of example files.

Concepts covered - Layers, Selecting Layers, Layer Groups, Opacity. Creating, duplicating, and moving Layers. Merging layers.

Assignment - create a multi-layered graphic suitable for display on the Internet. Further instructions in class.
